Coutada Velha Signature is a round red wine, aromatically complex and reveals a very elegant profile. With notes of ripe black fruits, it displays delicate notes of truffle and spices, wrapped in balsamic touches and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Coutada Velha Signature is a red wine produced with red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira, and Aragonês planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 8 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira, Aragonês.
Tasting Notes:
Coutada Velha Signature is an intensely aromatic, fresh and elegant red wine. Reveals aromas of ripe black fruits, with notes of fig jam, truffles and vanilla. It also displays silky and fruity tannins along with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
